NBSB-FF Extra Heavy Duty Brake Linings

Description

NBSB-FF extra heavy duty brake linings feature a medium- to high-friction asbestos-free formula and a glass and aramid fiber base.

Premium quality, high temperature resins are incorporated into the lining to provide a high and stable friction level. NBSB-FF’s wear characteristics on general freight applications match most super premium products. Swell and growth are minimal, tensile strength is high and drum degradation is kept to a minimum.

NBSB-FF surpasses the inertia dynamometer requirement of the FMVSS 121 brake standard at a 23,000 lb. GAWR when using an AL factor of 165 (type 30 air chamber and 5.5″ slack adjuster).

These extra heavy duty brake linings provide superior value, powerful braking performance, and exceptional wear life and are ideal for a wide range of applications, including strenuous, high-temperature use.

Application

Recommended for use on S-Cam and Wedge brakes on trucks, tractors and trailers in heavy duty applications such as general cargo, food and perishables.
