NB230-FF/FF Truck Brake Linings

NB230-FF/FF Truck Brake Linings

NB230-FF/FF truck brake linings are the master of demanding, over-the-road stopping applications, delivering superior performance and stopping power. Heat dissipation, frictional stability, and good drum compatibility are the three areas in which this friction combination will exhibit superior performance and stopping power.

Description

NB230-FF/FF is a high performance truck brake lining that relishes the most demanding, over-the-road stopping demands. Delivering superior performance and stopping power comes naturally when you’re formulated to stop brake fade in heat and water.

Two semi-metallic blocks per wheel stop fade by keeping drums clean and ready with perfect braking surfaces. These are teamed with two quality organic blocks that provide top stopping power. Prevent excessive block wear, prolong drum life, and guard units with safe, no-fade braking.

NB230-FF/FF passes the inertia dynamometer requirement of the FMVSS 121 brake standard at a 23,000 lb. GAWR when using an AL factor of 180 (type 30 air chamber and a 6″ slack adjuster) or greater.

Heat dissipation, frictional stability, and good drum compatibility are the three areas in which this friction combination will exhibit superior performance and stopping power.

Application

Recommended for use on trucks, tractors, and trailers in all applications including general cargo, stop and go urban driving, bus, grain, liquid hauling, dump trucks and lowboys. Also designed for hydraulic cam brakes and air operated steel axles.
