NEED TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM?

In order to submit a warranty claim, you must first get an RGA# by calling 414-764-4211 and complete the claim form. A copy must be included with each product returned. Follow the submission guidelines below, and please not that an incomplete form will delay processing.

Warranty Claim Submission Guidelines:

  1. All products/parts returned must have an RGA# – Call 414-764-4211 to get an RGA#.
  2. Claim form must be completed in full.
  3. Claim form must be attached to each product/part returned.
  4. Return product via prepaid freight or on local delivery truck.
  5. NeoBrake will inspect the product to determine validity of the claim.
  6. If claim is deemed valid, NeoBrake will replace the product or issue a credit to the claimant.
  7. If claim is deemed invalid, NeoBrake will scrap or return freight collect per the direction of the claimant.
